The Only Way Weigh Is Exercise

Weekly Weigh-in...

Now I used to be prime suspect number 1 for this..
The crime in question..constantly weighing myself.

Now weighing yourself is obviously an integral part of keeping track of your progress.

With this you will need an accurate figure to give yourself the best chance of achieving your goals.

Below are a few Do's and Dont's to follow when weighing yourself:-

  • Places the scales on a hard and flat surface - placing the scale on a carpet will give you inaccurate results
  • Always wear the same clothes when weighing yourself - ideally underwear
  •  Empty your bladder before standing on the scale - you don't need any extra
  •  Weigh yourself first thing in the morning but remember do this every time for accurate results
  • Use a good set of scales -Digital, Heavy duty gym scales, Full body machine(Height, Weight, BMI, Body Fat %)
  •  If your using you own scales check the accuracy of them - Put 2KG weight or a bag of sugar on and adjust accordingly
  •  Importantly..Don't weigh yourself everyday, Once a week is fine. Do not become obsessive
  •  Set a weekly goal and keep track of it.
  •  Also if you are happy with your weight don't jump on the scales, after all its only a number
