The Suffering 10K Obstacle Race...

As mentioned in my first post I will be taking part in the fore mentioned Suffering.

Raising money for Parkinson's UK is something I have wanted to do for a long time now. Taking part with my Late Grandad(Parkinson's sufferer) very much in mind.

Just keep in mind....

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful location; Rockingham Castle’s Great Park deserves respect from all that cross it. Set in 130 acres of hills, mud, slopes and forest; this is not for the faint hearted. Add to this 25+ obstacles you will soon see why it’s called The Suffering. Come forth and suffer!
